Delivered on October 18 doesn’t mean that officially received your passport in the office, just call CIC the agent will tell you when did they received your passport officially at CPC office. I send my passport on October 2 and delivered on October 4 but officially the visa office received my passport on October 6
Yeah... Received at Ottawa doesn't mean that your passport has been received by the processing center. I guess they take specific numbers of passport or mails each day. My package arrived at Ottawa on 5 October but officially received by processing center was on 10 October.
Print out empty page from the application form with the employment history section. Fill it in and scan. Then attach together with your letter of intent (merge them in one file).
Yes same thing. If you need more than one print more than one. Also don't need to fill out other sections of the additional pages. But I did put my name at the top (I filled out electronically and printed out already filled sheet, then just scanned it). Did this more than 3 times for different applications and never had a problem.
Just make a note in you letter of explanation: Attached to this letter you will find 1.additional sheets for employment history. 2. Whatever else you want to attach (criminal record, tickets etc).
Yes just leave it blank because it will sign automatically when you submit it. The only form I had to sign and scan was use of representative.
