Will I get back Passports with Visa? Urgent Help

After 4 months of sending passport to Isb ambessy today 20 oct 2017.
Our staust changed to Decision Made.
What would be the next step?

Although we are 5 members of family and my mother sponsored us for PR case. And its been 4 years of process.

I contacted to IRCC imigration minister because of too much time after pasport submittion and today after i recieved email from them my status changed.Will it be a good news. Following was the response from him.

"Dear Client:

Thank you for your correspondence of October 16, 2017, addressed to the Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, concerning your application for permanent residence.

I am pleased to inform you that, since you have written, your application for permanent residence (File No..) has been finalized. Immigration officials will contact the principal applicant to inform you and your family members of the final steps in processing as soon as circumstances permit.



Thank you for taking the time to write. I hope that this information is helpful.

yes it sounds like good news but always wait for the letter.

The procedure is, they only ask for the passport if the application is going to or is already approved. They don't ask passports to later reject the application, their guideline specifically says they can only ask for a passport once they're sure the application is going to be approved. It looks like you're already approved, congratulations.

How long did it take for them to respond to you?

After 4 days of contacting Minister in canada our family recieved this email and status suddenly changed to Decision made.
I am worried i dont know when they will now send passports back?

The procedure is, they only ask for the passport if the application is going to or is already approved. It's good news, you will receive your passports back with the visa. You should ask CIC or your MP to find out tracking number for the passports.

I have seen it take from less than a week to four months or so. It depends on the case and the VO I guess. Usually it takes less than 30 days for the VO to send back the passport with the visa. Congratulations, and good luck!

Thanks for the help. I saw chc isb forum and people got their passport back after DM in 2 week Maximum. I am feeling happy and blessed.
I will inform when passport will back hope we will get them back very soon.
