Personal Activities Last 10 year

HI,

I graduated in 2015 august and from that time i am working 40 hours on my open study permit(my study permit was till FEB 2016) and then i got my 3 year work permit in FEB 2016. I got ITA few day ago and i am filling last 10 years activities. and i dont know what to fill between AUG 2015 - JAN 2016? Please let me know

My only concern is that they will ask that when i got the work permit in feb 2016 then why i started in aug 2015. My study permit was till feb 2016 and it was open study permit stating that i can work 40 hours if my college is done.

On my study permit it stated that during breaks i can work full time. i graduated in aug 2015 so wasn't enrolled in college and my study permit was till march 2016. In between i applied for my work permit in jan as far as i remember.

Let's get some things straight:

1 - You cannot work full-time after completing your studies unless you've applied for a PGWP. The time after graduation is not a "break" of studies as you've already finished them.

2 - Your study permit is valid only up to 90 days after graduation. This begs the question as to whether you had a valid status in Canada.

3 - You can safely count your work experience from the moment you applied for a PGWP.

All in all, you must state that you were working in the personal history section and explain your mistakes.

You have admitted that you have been working 40 hrs since you completed your studies...how come u came to know a new thing with pay history that you only worked for 20 hours... your statements are contradictory....finally you have to admit and fill in what exactly u did during all the time period...
