School told me that I withdrew from a program without telling my status in school

Hello guys,

So last month I emailed one of the school staff. He told me that I withdrew from a long program a long time ago, He asked me if immigration aware of my status in Canada. As far as I know, school must tell me and cic of my status. They never told me that I withdrew from the program, how do I know when the end of my study? I haven't finished my co op term. I asked them for my school transcript last July because my study permit has expired in June so I decided to go back home within 90 days after expired. Please help me! I'm trying to apply for

Your post is not that clear, so as part of your course there was a coop assignment. Did you not keep fully engaged with your college during this assignment and also extend your study permit to incorporate the the full term of the coop ?

They have told me that I still need to take another 3 courses. I didn't find a job to finish my co op term.. but when I was applying for courses, They have a new regulation. They will open a new class for my course only if there are 5 student apply for it. So in my case, I only had 4 ppl in my class so it's nearly impossible to ask a new student that started class in fall term to apply for my course. I even asked them for semester break as I couldn't get in to courses. Not because I don't apply for it. It was because the class was full. And I have to wait for another semester. They didn't allow me to apply for courses that are not in my program.
