Changes of getting invitation with CRS 376

What are the chances of getting invitation for under express entry program with CRS of 376

I had a discussion with local consultancy, they told me they can get nomination for prince edward island but i want to work in ontario...can you suggest what can be done in this case

You can't always get all you want. You can choose to be nominated by and work in PEI, otherwise you can also continue work in your home country. Not possible to get PEI nomination and work in Ontario. This is misrepresentation.

If I get nomination from Prince Edward Island , Can I give care of address of my friend residing in Toronto(Ontario) to receive the PR card as I will not have any permanent address in Prince Edward Island.

I think this is OK though senior member may have different opinion. However, I think you must work in PEI for several years otherwise your PR renewal and citizenship application could be rejected.
