There are quite a few and many companies/government post jobs on their own websites. Monster, Indeed, Workopolis, etc. I would see if you qualify to immigrate before you spend any time looking for jobs.

No - he didn't say that. He said: "I would see if you qualify..." This doesn't mean he's going to do it - this means he's telling you this is what you should do.

If you want someone to review your qualifications for you to see if you qualify, you'll need to hire an immigration lawyer or consultant.
