Anyone applied through vfs global, my pasport ia dispatched how can i now my visa is accepted or rejected

There's no way of knowing if you have been granted a TRV or not until you get your passport back
Thank you so much. For giving me time.... I apllied through vfs, and i received two email by vfs, that your processed passport is dispatched. I also have tracking number of armac courier, but i didn't receive any email lkie approval or rejection from VFS GLOBAL not from canada embassy, i applied from Saudi arabia, i am a Pakistani citizen, and working here as a pharmacist, 1 year and ome month.
Even i i received another email that was
Dear Applicant,
Please be informed that Canadian Visa Office has requested additional details about your visa application submitted to Canada Visa Application Center.
Kindly visit “TRACK YOUR APPLICATION” on the home page of the Canada Visa Application Center website and follow further instructions.
But when i call on customer care of vfs global then she told me if there mentioned any documents i said no, she told me ok ignore this email this is general comming your pasport is dispatched from here.

VFS Global wouldn't have access to internal updates/your visa status. The visa office does not email applicants about approvals/refusals. You'll need to collect your passport to know what TRV decision was made i.e. approval/refusal

What's the status of your passport ? Have you received your passport ?
Do I need to talk to VFS about this email ?
What are the reasons and on grounds they refuse and how many days it took?
when i send them request of passport withdrawal that time i got same message but guy informed me in VAC ignore about documents and collect passport tomorrow and i got it application still in process but i got passport 2 days ago.
