can you check my signature,I have the following inquiries?
1 what is the next step, how long is gonna take?
1)I live in Canada and my wife in Jordan and our visa office in Bucharest, Romania, despite there is a Canadian embassy in Jordan why did they move it to Bucharest , I am wondering which office is responsible to print the visa on the passport and how its supposed to proceed, are they going to contact me first or my wife.
ECAS since 3 month it didn't chage "in progress"

I'm in the same position but they just start processing my application on Oct 17th, if i was you i would email them using the web form, or email the VO they respond within 3-4 days.

I ask Mississauge office why they transfer to Bucharest, they told me because the Amman office is really busy.

Most likely they started your background check, you should be able to see that in the portal, depending on how much travel your wife did and where the background check could take a while, but email them anyways.

Most likely Bucharest, they probably decided she doesn't need an interview so they sent it there.
Make sure to email them through the web form and they will update you where they are in the process

My representative uploaded the documents. How about you ? How many lines you have in ECAS ? I have noticed that the status changed to no additional documents required for those who have mailed the documents.

In GC key under your Application/profile details it should be something like below:

Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Yup you got it right, VO stands for Visa Office

PR visa appears to have been issued on Oct 11/2017.
Passport submitted October 13/2017
Returned October 19/2017
Family will be arriving next month.
It is a blessing, hopefully the rest of April's applicants wll get the PPR soon.
