Doubts while filling IELTS form online

While filling the form online, i came across two questions, 'Reason for giving ielts examination' and ' Country you want to immigrate to'. So my question is this, is it okay to give any reason for writing ielts? Do they check it? I saw someone comment that they purposefully reduce the score if either Canada or Australia is given. Any truth in that? To be on the safer side, how should i fill it up?

IELTS have a secret quota for skilled migration for Canada and Australia. This is the best presentation that I have seen that explains how you can give IELTS the most vague information. If IELTS are not sure that you plan to migrate to Canada or Australia, they will still probably award you at least one fake 6.5 score multiple times to maximize their profits and slow down skilled migration. IELTS know that few universities demand four 7s for admission. Only skilled migrants need these scores even if you do not disclose your intended purpose. IELTS do not advertise the fact that they profile application forms and reduce scores of 7 7 7 7 to 7 7 7 6.5 if they award too many scores of 7 or higher for all skills on the same test. Effectively, IELTS is a criminal scam.

IELTS are more likely to award strong (honest achievement) scores for people whose applications forms say something like: Name Michael Thomspon, Address: USA, First language : English, Profession: Doctor.
