I just cant believe i didnt get ITA because of 1 point.
MY CRS : 435
Cutoff : 436

Feeling extremely heart broken

What doesn't kill u only makes you stronger... it may look like some people (like me, maybe) have it easier with high CRS and immediate ITA.. but the truth is everyone here is fighting their own battle and while I'm ecstatic about my ITA I can completely feel your pain... I started my journey to immigrate to canada 7 years ago but i lacked experience and therefore points.. i wanted to apply when dentists were in-demand occupation but i couldn't due to one lousy point.. just like you... ... I was devastated.. in years that followed I went through some tragic personal hardships... and NOW.. after all this time.. everything appears to be falling into place ... so hold on.. ur time shall come.. and I pray it's SOON *hugs*

Get fevikwik and bond it together dude, go on a quest for 15 days and u will have your ITA.

Think of a candidate with 431 CRS they are missed by 1 or 2 since july change.

Be gratefull and stay positive.

I have a score of 430. I am expecting the WES report for my wife, so it will go to either 436 or 437. But WES taking such a long time to review the docs (almost 14 working days now, still not accepted the docs). So i might not be able to have that score by Nov draws.

I thought of re-taking the IELTS (previous is L 8, R 7, W 7 & S 7). What you guys think, Should I re-take? or should i wait for the scores to come down?

LMIA means your PR is sure shot, if you can wait, that is the safest option IMO

What about CRS in these predictions?

I predict only on the day of the draws. There is no point predicting for a draw in December right now as lot of things change in the prior rounds of draws which makes the prediction obsolete. Please do visit this thread on the above mentioned dates.

Only CIC can issue higher ITAs and lower the CRS cut-off.
Predictions will surely continue till the day I am bored doing it!

If the 1-week gap draw happens on Nov 8th, then I am expecting the CRS cut-off to go below 430. Apart from that, I don't see the scores going further down till Dec 2017, unless they increase the number of ITAs being issued or have more back to back draws.

I have seen that people here are mentioning that "CRS score will drop sometime due to aging or language test expiration." Please note that your score will be calculated when you submit your E-APR and then it will freeze, but not after ITA. So be fast

Age gets locked on the day you get the ITA but you are correct about IELTS expiring before E-APR is an issue.

I wonder is POF required from everyone or there are exceptions? Honestly i live here for sometime and I can handle it, however planning another stuff like a wedding is big expense and i will be short on money probably. Maybe I can send them explanation letter or something? I have family here as well..
