Same here, submitted to abudhabi VO from Doha VFS on 6 Sep. CIC website says approved, and tracker says passport has been dispatched since 12 Oct. Hasn't arrived yet.

Pathetic! It’s like 45 days now

I think qatar people are delayed because there are no direct shipping between the two countries due to political reasons. Take out around 10-14 days for back and forth shipping.
