Medical request not received - Quebec Skilled Worker

Hi,

How long does it take to receive a request for medical for the permanent resident application applied in Canada under Quebec Skilled Worker category?

Submitted Application on Oct 19, 2016
Received Application number on Feb 7, 2017
Paid all fees and sent all necessary documents

It's been around 8 months and I have not received any request for medical. Any idea what could have delayed? Any suggestions?

Welcome to the club. If you check spreadsheet in my signature then you will find few others with same situation. You and I missed the bus when first batch of MRs were sent in Feb 2017. We should get MR in next few weeks as one of the guys with same AOR date as mine, got MR recently.

Do you come across a case where the application got rejected while waiting for medical for so long? Or what are the chances of rejection now?

   Started Processing: March 21, 2017
   
   May 12, 2017: I emailed both manila and london visa office for follow-up and was informed that my application is being processed in london.
   
   London Visa Office response: Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.
   
   I am presently working in ksa.
   
   Aug. 1, 2017: UNTIL NOW NO RPRF AND MR !!
   
   My friends got their MR already those processed in manila vo.
   
   Any news for london visa office? Please share ur timelines. Thank you.

Still waiting..LVO is taking its sweet time. Was so hoping that MR will come for those who have March AOR/ processing started. Well another 10 days left in the month. Here's hoping..
