You can order GCMS notes for free if you're within Canada. However, there is no point in ordering these notes until you have received the AOR.or u can order GCMS notes for $5 and see if they mentioned anything in the app process
Umm, AFAIK - you can order if you are Citizen or Perm Resident, but its still 5 bucksYou can order GCMS notes for free if you're within Canada. However, there is no point in ordering these notes until you have received the AOR.

I made Mistake 1 too. It is unknown whether app will be returned. Will have to wait and see. Probably depends on the officer going over the app.Mistake 1:
Question 11.
I put "Yes" checkmark for "I was employed", but forgot to explicitly specify "No" for other options such as "I was in school".
Hopefully, it's not a big issue because I was continuously employed by the same company during my whole stay in Canada.
Mistake 2:
Question 13.
I did NOT check either "YES" or "NO" checkboxes pertaining to whether I held immigrant status at a different country. HOWEVER, I did fill the table below it,indicating that I hold citizenship in my native country.
Are those mistakes worthy of a return of my application ?
I don't think those are big mistakes. Unless our application are filtered by robot/machine, which checks box first & if not selected return the application lol...Mistake 1:

I think anyone living inside can order for free even if you are on visitor visa. I did it on behalf of my wife a while ago and she had to give her permit scanned copyOh yes I forgot that my folks are now perm resident - I ordered ATIP for 5 bucks like 10 times in 203-2014

Requirements
- Provide two (2) identical citizenship photographs (except Renunciation applications, where only one (1) photo is required.)
- Your photographs must comply with the specifications below. If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.
- Photographs must be printed on quality photographic paper.
- Provide the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos
- Print the name of the person on the back of the photos.
if you are the only one who sent the application (i,e, no other family member in the same package) then i don't think there is any problem. Also it only requires name of the applicant not the date of birth.Guys, please help.
I sent my application two days ago and I forgot to write my name and date of birth on the back of the photos.
What should I do?
