Today makes it 20 working days that my document got to them. Up till now my status is still saying reviewing document, evaluation in progress. Does that means that they've started evaluating my document or they haven't done with the reviewing.?

29th Aug: Courier delivered to wes
9th Sep: Status updated: Doc rcvd
29th Sep: evaluation under progress & completion date 19 oct.

It is already more than 40 days. Are they like this or it is just my luck...grrrrr

Generally everything is slow and yes WES is slow and takes them a very long time to sort of issues if you ever faced with one. The only way to contact them is via email too.

I did email them. They are like “docs under evaluation, keep an eye in your account for update”. 2 more days left. Hopefully get it in 2days.

yes their replies are pretty generic, so just have to patiently wait

My completion date is 16/1/2017 and no updates or emails?! I’m getting anxious.

I found them very slow. However each time I e mailed them to complain, things moved along. Initially they didn't update status of docs received even though I had a DHL tracking number. When I emailed them, it was updated within 2-3 days. Same with the evaluation in progress, I had to chase for an update after nearly 4 weeks and then it was completed 2 days after my e mail. They do seem to react to being rushed along.

Can I get email address? I tried to send through Help-contact us- but nobody replied back to me.
