Transfer Spouse Application to a different VO?

Hello everyone,

What is the procedure of transferring spousal sponsorship application to a different VO from where it currently is? My husband's application is in Sydney, Australia.

Also, if my husband's TRV gets approved, can we transfer the application to Mississauga?

Please, any help/information is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My husband is here in canada on a trv - has been for almost a year and his application is being processed in mexico. We have absolutely no say where it is processed

Transfer it where? The visa office is determined by either country of residence or nationality.

For example, the London visa office processes applicants from the following countries:

Afghanistan, Bahrain, Channel Islands, Denmark, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Kuwait, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Scotland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Yemen

Not sure if this helps you, but jus tot of sharing the information I knew..

One of my friend who applied thru a lawyer - she mentioned that the lawyer kept a request letter asking to process the application in Canada while they submitted the application itself and right now the application is being processed in Mississauga.
Sponsor is in Canada and PA is in USA - both are Indian Citizens.

Thanks for the information, but our application is already at the VO. So can't really do much now.
