Does 3 security screening activities say anything about the time I have to wait?

Here is the officer review and assessments. Assessments show that eligibility, criminality, medicals passed. Other reqs cancelled.

This last officer requested military service table (a form that was sent by CIC) on 1st of august, I uploaded on 4th of August. FYI, my military service was as a sergeant in the army, a mandatory 6 months service, no combats or operations whatsoever.

The BG went to "in progress" on 15th of August. Then everything stalled.

Can anyone help me understanding my gcms notes.

AOR: 22 June 2017
IP2: 14 August 2017

I received gcms notes couple of days ago, my assessment result states

Eligibility - passed
security - (blank)
crimanilty - passed
HIRV- (blank)
medical - passed
misrepresention (blank)
Other req -(blank)
Final - Approved.

What does that mean? And if it’s approved why have not they sent PPR request yet. What should I do?? Should I contact CIC?? Or should I mail them? Or should I wait??

Another quick question - what exactly should I ask them? Should I mention to them that I had ordered GCMS notes and my assement shows the same. Or anything else in specific ?

Did you order them from inside canada? If so, then yes you're entitled to order them & access them. If not, i would just ring and just say youre curious to find out where you're application is at & if its been approved theres no reason they wouldn't tell you and youll review the email in a few days
Note* the email can come upto 6 days after itz been approved... youll get it soon

Did you order them from inside canada? If so, then yes you're entitled to order them & access them. If not, i would just ring and just say youre curious to find out where you're application is at & if its been approved theres no reason they wouldn't tell you and youll review the email in a few days

He also mentioned that my visa office is Ottawa but no communication has been sent to me (PPR mail). He also said that it is normal for the application to be approved but no communication sent out.
He also told me to just wait for the communication.

Now my question is, I feel my application has been approved since 9th September and it has been over 30 days I have not recieved th PPR mail.

Guys.. when do you think I can expect the same, as the agent did not give me any answer for this.

I believe you can try to find it out with them. If you can make sure you've been approved for that long you'd be able to raise a CSE.

The PPRs are sent in batches. It can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks after your application is approved to receive the PPR email. If you feel your have not received it, then check your spam, especially if you use yahoo or hotmail accounts

I asked the agent about my visa office as well in the call. He told me Ottawa. So I’m guessing it got processed in Ottawa and did not move to local visa office.

I think I’m going to wait for another week before raising a CSE.

Just security. No screening.

The PPRs are sent in batches. It can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks after your application is approved to receive the PPR email. If you feel your have not received it, then check your spam, especially if you use yahoo or hotmail accounts

It is not in spam which is also confirmed by the agent that no communication has been sent to us.
Since I did not ask when my application has been approved what would you suggest?
Wait/raise a CSE/ call back to reconfirm/ write a mail ?
