Hi All
I am Vasantha Deepika . I recently got married(2 months back). My husband lives in Canada on work permit which expires on Oct 2018.B He is working there from Jan 2017.We are planning to apply visit visa for me so that we can celebrate New Year and our birthday's together. I have few doubts regarding this.
1) Previously on 2016 I applied study visa for canada twice and it got rejected. Will that effect my Vist Visa application?
2) I dont have any travel history. Few of my friends visas got rejected because of no travel history.
3) What are the documents we need to submit to make my application strong?
4) I got rejected for US visit visa 1 and half month back.
Documents we are planning to submit:
1) My marriage certificate.
2) SOP
3) My company offer letter and leave letter.
4) My husband's payslips and rental agreement.
5) Amount in my account and my husband's canada account.
6) CA letter.
Please suggest me any other documents required and suggest me how to draft my SOP to make my application strong.
Do I need to explain about my previous rejections of education in my SOP and how can I explain so that they will not consider this as a reason for rejection.
Please anyone guide and suggest me on my situation.
Thanks .
