Salary missing on reference letter

I have the ITA for express entry. My reference letters from previous employers have the job listed and states that I was a full time employee but do not have hours and salary listed. I do have my paystubs and they also have my weekly hours listed on them.

Would these be enough or should I try to get my letters updated ?

Yes, If you have reference letter with your designation and roles and responsibilities listed, you can attach salary slips and compensation document/tax documents as proof of your salary.
That should be OK.

If you can get an updated letter just do it

Is it essential to provide proof of salary ( salary slips) or just the bank statement will suffice as proof of funds?

it is a requirements. proof of salary can be a simple mention of it on the reference letter. you can add salary slips if you insist but the less documents the better IMO

starting salary end end salary. please check cic's website to make sure everything they asked for in the reference letter is mentioned and proven
