SINP questions

i am a mechanical production engineer with two years of experience as a production engineer (NOC 2141 ) and two years of experience while studying in university as a mechanical engineering technologist (NOC 2253 ) and i am intended to apply for SINP , also i have EE , here are some questions i would like to ask
1. Is it possible to apply with two NOCS? two years as NOC 2141 and two years as NOC 2253?
2. Regarding two years of experience after graduation , i want to apply as a mechanical engineering technologist NOC 2253 and not as a production engineer NOC 2141 in order to avoid long process of licensing , is it okay or officer will ask me to begin my licensing process in order to continue my application?

NOC 2253 is for Drafting Technologist.
Mechanical Engineering Technologist is not in the list.
You can apply for NOC 0911. But it is Superior type. Needs 5 to 10 years experience in Production.

@ashuindian, I would appreciate it if you could advise me on my case. I have 10 years of experience and my job duties align within 90 percent with NOC 2253. However, my education is mechanical engineer. I have checked 2253 education requirements and it states a certificate in engineering design
