GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Does anyone know what is a data fix?

I got my gcms notes which says R10 ok but after that file is held for data fix since Aug 2017. It has not moved since anf my six months since application finishes end of October.
What do i do?

I just found out about gcms notes from these forums. Does my husband who is the applicant have to apply for it or can I as the sponsor?

You would have to request them on your husband's behalf, as only Canadian citizens or PR's can order the notes. You need to get him to fill out and sign a consent form for you to request the information through ATIP and it will cost you $5. On my first set of notes, page 30 said

“ page 30 is withheld pursuant to section 16(1)(c) of the access to information act”

What does this mean?

And why would it not be there in second set of notes?

i dont see why you cant but why would you? just wait to get the first set... and then give it some time... they have thousands of applications they are working on. you will see next to no progress with a two week difference

2nd set of GCMS notes:

Eligibility still not started. However, our notes were generated on Oct 13, and on Oct 13 our file location changed from Put away to Case Analysts. Not sure what that means. But my guess is someone picked it up the same day our notes were generated. Will eligibility be worked on now? Can anyone comment who had a similar Case Analysts location?
