Am I missing anything to show proof of relative ?

1) I Have my sister PR card (proof of her having legal status in Canada)
2) I Have my sister birth certificate and passport which states our parents name on them which is proof of my relation with her.

3) I Have my sister's property registry (proof of her residence in Canada)

for 3) point do I need any other proof as well as CIC states on their website below in "":

"Evidence that the family member currently resides in Canada must be provided (a residential lease, mortgage documents, utility bills, etc.).
  • The documents must show their address in Canada and should be recent (dated within six months prior to submission)."
My question for my 3) point, only property registry document will do or do I need additional documents like mentioned above ?

Thanks in advance

Additional documents are always good for this purpose, if just to corroborate what the first document proves (and especially if your sister's property registry isn't dated within the last 6 months). For item # 2, you'll need to provide your birth certificate alongside your sister's, and both need to show the same parents' names.
