me and my canadian wife will start the sponsorchip immigration proces but it will take 12 moth is it possible to do a visiting visa and if it get refused is that will give them a bad note on the sponsorchip procces

Hi, you can go ahead and apply for the visiting visa. There is no guarantee that you will get it though. You have to show proof that you will return to your home country etc. If you apply for the visiting visa and you are refused it will not negatively affect you when you are ready to apply for the family sponsorship.
