Actually I am thinking to apply for express entry as I had 1 year of work experience now. For express entry i have to do upfront medical. So, I was thinking if i can use the same medical for ee as well as paper based application. But i dont know how to do that

Possibly u can

U will submit for paper based through IRCC

For express entry u will include copy in the application

in both cases doctors will upload results

Just do it. You go to doctor and ask them to do upfront. They sent it to cic on their own and give you a recipt to upload. That recipt has a UMI number. The same umi number on your med results sent to CIC by doctor. Once you get the recipt by the doctor, you come home and upload that on CSE. That information gets added to your file.( you will recieve a mail saying that) then when its your turn for medical, they will check and find it from the pool of other medical results based on UMI and will not send you medical request. Do it around close of one year, atleast you have one less thing to worry about. Then once your upfront medical is done. you just has to wait thats it.

U are contradicting yourself . U say to do it in one year time. Usually it takes 1 year to get med request

Yes you can. Thats the way it comes.
They dont add dependents name ont he ppr.

Hi guys, do you know how long it may delay if add a spouse? My application was received on May 12/16; started processing since Aug 2/16. I added my spouse on Jan 30/17. Until now, I have not received the medicine exam request yet. It is 17 months now.

Hi Am June 8th 2016 applicant. I added my spouse June 12th 2017. We both got the MR on Oct 1st. Now waiting for to see "medical passed" on our CIC account. Hopefully we all will get the DM and PPR soon.
