Hope you're keeping well.

I am Maryam Khan and wanted to know if we are eligible for Express Entry.

I have done first 9 papers of ACCA (i.e. F1-F9) hence having Advance Diploma in Accounting and Business. And I have work experience of 4 years as Junior Accountant.

My husband has done Bachelors of Engineering in Computer System, having 7+ years of work experience as Telecommunication Engineer in Construction sector in Saudi Arabia.

Your husband can apply for EE as PA.

First off, check your/husband's "Six Selection Factor" Eligibility (67 points minimum is required to be eligible) (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp)

Then calculate your/husband's CRS score (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp). Based on who has the highest CRS score, the Primary Applicant can either be you or your husband.

2. Required to give you more chance. If you don't want to have more chance, you don't need to do it.

1. Check the tool provide by Razor. It is the official tool from CIC website.
2. Compare your score with the historical draws: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp

Minimum IELTS band required through-out all 4 sections is 6 (CLB 7).

If she is the dependent. Not the main applicant. Then she doesn't need it.
I think she is trying to save money for proof of fund
