What is your most recent immigration document?
Check your PR card. For me my first PR card only my middle name was shortened and my most recent rebewed PR car i have my full name on there.
There is a place to write all other names ill insert it there with the reason middle name if any this is just me no known rule oo
Because if CIc come back with any questions, at all, it's good to have the entire package that was sent to them for reference.Hopefully no mistake.
Why not just use their residence calculator. It takes guess work out of it.
IRCC have explained the issue with your name On the card. They would absolutely want your full name on the application so don't worry. My most recent immigration document would be the PR card ..

I don't think it's needed. You should be fine.I absolutely forgot to mention when I went to the border to land as a PR. Should I later on make a letter explaining that I forgot to include that trip?? And perhaps include my border crossing record. Should I just leave it like that?
Awesome thanksIRCC have explained the issue with your name On the card. They would absolutely want your full name on the application so don't worry.
I have put the documents in the below order! Yes, Photos first on the package as photos are in a small envelope so I didn't want to lose them.
1. Photos (In an envelope – written my full name and UCI # on the envelope)
2. Application – CIT 002 (signed and dated)
3. Physical presence calculator (signed and dated)
4. Photocopies of valid and expired passports (biographical pages only from both the passports)
5. Copy of confirmation of permanent residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
6. Copy of Permanent Resident Card (PR Card)
7. Photocopies of proof of English (Diploma certificate)
8. Photocopies of 2 pieces of ID (Drivers license and Passport copy)
9. Receipt of an application fee of $630.00 paid online
You didn't missed the document Checklist CIT0007E-2 ??Well, for me what I had is:
1. Photos (In an envelope – written my full name on the back of photos - no UCI since they didn't ask)
2. Application – CIT 002 (signed and dated)
3. Physical presence calculator (signed and dated)
4. Photocopies of valid and expired passports (biographical pages only from both the passports)
5. Copy of confirmation of permanent residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688) - asked in the guide but not in the checklist, one of CoPR/PRC/etc
6. Photocopies of proof of English (Diploma certificate)
7. Photocopies of 1 pieces of ID (PR Card only since I had passports in the last 5 years)
8. Receipt of an application fee of $630.00 paid online
I noticed that many are submitting multiple IDs, including driver's license, health card. However, when I checked through the check list and instruction guide, the only think needed is one landing document (CoPR/PRC/etc) and one ID (I used PRC).
I had it included but didn't put it here. You didn't missed the document Checklist CIT0007E-2 ??
More than one person has reported the call centre instructing people to apply on the 12th. It would seem that even call centre operators are reading the statement with its plain English meaning. What is this actually based on? If someone has 1095 or more days of residency (as per calculator) on 11th Oct they are golden. What are you saying? Someone with 1095+ days of residency as of oct 10th isn't eligible to apply under the new rules on oct 11th?
