Need help from senior members

Hello everyone
I am a PR housewife. I have done my MBA in finance in 2008 from Pakistan .But now I want to continue my studies .I want to do something in accounting or finance . Can anyone guide me in this regard that what should I do .
And is there anything like which I can study online with any recognized institute please let me now.
At this point I am feeling totally blank.
