I am not 100% sure about this, but my best guess would be - for marriage, you need marriage certificate or legal affidavit acceptable in Canada stating your marriage situation. For child, birth certificate and/or mention of father's + mother's name on passports. Better read more threads and figure out what others have been doing in your situation. a) The telephone bills with his Canadian permanent address on them should work to prove his living status in Canada, although if you can get one more additional document (a lease agreement, bank/credit card statements with his Canadian address on them, or utility bills with his Canadian address on them), that would be helpful (to corroborate the first document).
