Did you get SA? They usually send the request for police certificate + schedule A a couple of days after you get SA. However, a lot of people have not been receiving these requests, myself included, so I was patiently waiting for this for two months before calling immigration to find out what was going on. Turns out there was a glitch in the system when they sent the request and I never received that communication. All in all, give them a call if you have received SA over a week ago, they might have tried sending you this request already.
