Paid 640$ twice with no receipt

Today I made payment twice for my Citizenship fee of 630$, one through visa and another through debit, both payments were charged but CIC system ended with error and no receipt was issued. Can someone guide me on how I can get the refund for they 1260$ I paid. No confirmation number was provided by CIC either, not sure how to follow up with them and through which email, Please help

Just wait some time, CIC must be aware of it. They will refund you. They are not a scam , they must be aware of this issue. Just hold guys and calm down. No point paying twice or thrice

same thing happened with me . I am not paying them twice . Server is slow and no reason to pay them multiple times . But how to get the receipt now?

Check your email if you used that to register on CIC website to pay fees.
Hopefully it will show up eventually, or call CIC Call Centre and try speaking to an agent.

Same problem $630 deducted from credit card but no receipt. Site cannot be reached page was dispalyed after I clicked process button

Try cic.gc.ca at pay your fees fee list, related links retrieved previous payments.

So my choice is to wait 10 days for a Receipt.... or pay again and hope that CIC can refund the first one.

I paid twice today too as the first time went into error page. but I only received the second payment receipt email. gonna follow up with my bank a few days later to see whether two $630 are all posted. right now it shows authorized transaction only.
