I am filling up the new forms and have the below questions. Can the experts in this forum help please!!!
- I was on a work permit for certain period between Oct 2012 and Sep 2013 but then
during this time, I also filed for a work permit extension and waited for 3 months
to receive it while I was still legally allowed to work in Canada. Should I mention
this period while I was waiting for a new WP to be issued as a separate row in the
calculator or just put one period against the type "Temporary Worker" right from Oct
2012 to Sep 2013?
- 9b, what dates should I put in here?
Should the effective date be the start date of the eligibility period or my WP start
date which was issued prior to the eligibility date?
And should the end date be my WP end date or just the date before I became PR?
- 11, I was working for a client via a consulting firm and was physically located at
the clients location. Should I put in the client site address? Whose contact name,
phone number and email address should I give? Because the client perso whom I used
to work for is no longer with the company?
- 14, Travel Document - I was issused a travel document due to a delay in receiving
my PR card for travel outside of Canada. Should I mention those details as well in
this section?
- 17c, I dont live in Quebec, can I just not check any of the boxes, Yes or No?
