"Has 'my name' received a nomination certificate from a province or territory ?"
Ans ?

I have approved PNP but it is not Express entry use.
Any suggestions ?

I have approved MPNP but it is not for Express entry use as per approval letter, but even without my PNP I still get enough points to get through pool.

So I was wondering what should I ans to question below ?
"Has 'my name' received a nomination certificate from a province or territory ?"

If select yes, wouldn't they ask for PNP and later found out that it was not valid for this use.
If select no, it would make sense but would it be a case of misrepresentation ?

1. If you select yes, you can always clarify that the question was if you have been nominated. Which is technically true. In that case you can later explain that this was your confusion.
2. If you select no, not sure if that will be a misrepresentation.

Your best bet is to call CIC helpline and ask them this question. Alternatively call the MPNP customer care or helpline and ask them the same question.

I called both of them, I am getting mixed reviews

so I ultimately emailed CIC on this question to get written proof on solid question.
