Transcripts in plain white envelope. Please help!!!!

Folks,

I recently got my mark sheets attested from the Examination Controller from University of Rajasthan but they have given it to me in a regular white envelope with sign, date, and stamp of Examination Controller on it (thre on the back flap and two in center envelope).

Now, will WES accept an envelope which is not an official one but is stamped from the officials?

Please advise, guys!

I really need your help here. People have gone to Canada, some even deported back and I'm still stuck with my WES things.

If its a sealed envelope with stamp on the seal, it should work.

yes, as long as you don't open it. don't forget to add the reference number

If its a sealed envelope with stamp on the seal, it should work.

It's not sealed, just signed, dated, and stamped by the Examination Controller on the back flap. I'll put a transparent cello tape over the stamps on someone's suggestion, if that's work.

You need to have it sealed from their side. It is stated in wes requirements:

If the institution gives you the document to send to WES, the document must be attested, dated, and placed in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate authentication officer at the institution that conducted the examination. If the envelope is opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, WES cannot accept the document.

That's correct and thank you for posting this here but by sealed I think they mean that it's properly pasted and there is a stamp over the seal. RU doesn't do more than pasting envelops using glue and then stamping there, no wax seal or so.

yes the seal is the stamp on the envelope flap where it's closed
