Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP), with the highly popular Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry stream welcoming applications.

This stream contains two categories, one of which does not require a candidate to have a job offer. For this category (Category B), candidates must have at least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in the last six years in one of the 16 ‘opportunity’ occupations considered by Nova Scotia.

At approximately 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Category B will be accepting between 250-300 applications. They will be closing the application portal once the number has been reached.

It's far behind SINP. Very low category Computer software.
Actually they are not for online system. Paper based better for them.
