Check list is updated. Clear cache or use a different browser, download to PC. Date on checklist is 2017/10While its a good idea to fill out the forms and see what information you will need.
I think its not a good idea to rush to submit the application today. Why?
Hopefully these things will be more clear in the coming days... Take it easy and make sure you do not rush and miss any thing.
- There are some errors in the form like its not printing for majority.
- The document check list is still the older version (i.e. C-24 based)
- Guide is not clear, for example it reads photocopy of all passports, does not specify biographical pages only or whole.
I'm on the same boat, In 9) if you answer "YES" then you must complete CIT 0177 which is for Crown Servants only! then what do you do? do you still complete this form even though you've never worked as crown servant? please any insides!!I have a question on the form:
Section: Assessing your eligibility:
9) c) During your eligibility period did you you live outside Canada? Yes/No
Is it correct to assume is the answer Yes here applies only if you are considering to count days from this period that you lived outside Canada?
Let's say your eligibility period starts from October 2012, but, you first came to Canada in January 2013. (as a temporary resident) Does the period from October 2012 to January 2013 makes this question answered as "Yes" ?
I think it will be helpful to give more light on this point.
Just FYI - We are all agreeing that 10) a) , where you list all your addresses requires you to specify all the address that you've been since October 2012. (which includes the period that I was talking about October 2012 - January 2013)
Majority? Has anybody been able to print the form out? While its a good idea to fill out the forms and see what information you will need.

A 3rd party application like Nitro reader does print it, but the printed out format looks messed up. Better to wait for CIC to fix the forms than to submit something invalid.Majority? Has anybody been able to print the form out?
If you're NOT claiming any time out of Canada towards satisfying 3/5 requirement, then I believe answer to the question should be NO. IRCC really messed it up with their ambiguous wording.I'm on the same boat, In 9) if you answer "YES" then you must complete CIT 0177 which is for Crown Servants only! then what do you do? do you still complete this form even though you've never worked as crown servant? please any insides!!
