Cic account linking Family Name problem

I do not have any surname in my passport. While linking my application to cic account it is asking for family name and given name. What am i supposed to do?? Any ideas?

did you receive email when you submitted application. there should be case number and with the help of that you can opt alternate way to link the application.

Try to write surname as your family name as both are same. Find your surname on your passport and write the same in the option for family name.
