me and my husband are applying visitor visa to Canada

we dont have letter of invitation please let me know if we will face any problem
also please give me a sample for letter of expiation
another matter is it necessary to book an place for accommodation during our visa credit ?

First place you dont need to buy plane ticket or get accommodation for visa .. all you need is to mention clear purpose of visit and proper itinerary day by day and tentative accommodation proof
Secondly you need to show strong ties to your home country if you are applying for tourist visa then you should have good travel history to visa acquiring countries like UK , USA , schengen and many more..
Letter of invitation doesnt play significant role all depends on your ties to your home country

we are living now in Vienna (Austria) and we are studying here but come from Iran and we have 1 years accommodation in Shen gen countries

IMO, it could be a challenge for you and your husband to be approved for TRVs. You'll need to work very hard to prove you are genuine, short-term visitors

I want to visit my husband who is working in Canada. I got one previous refusal for TRV because of:
Travel history
Purpose of visit
I want to apply again
Changes are:
I've got a job , purpose of visit is our engagment anniversary, we applied for spousal sponsorship and was approved
Is it better to apply now? I 've read that there is no interfernce with sponsorship process (dual intent visa)
I have one issue is that my travel history is the same not strong.
Your advice plz , is there any chance of approval with these proofs?
