As you wrote PCC was requested with medical and then with Schedule A also. Which comes first ?

@MM345 I was wondering. We submit so many proofs to VO, what ever comes to our mind thinking that hopefully it all will work..
But we never attach any story behind it, like hey went to NADRA and changed our names on PP and CNIC. Then we went to all these places and here are the receipts and then we faced these and these troubles also as couple when were on outing.

We do send pictures and invoices and bills copies, maybe wedding cards.

Have you seen a case where people also write the story behind each document they are submitting and explaining why they did what during stay together? And thats a valid proof. I mean can we highlight our proofs ourselves saying hey if we can see it you should too?

Day to day activities likhne ki zaroorat nahin, but when i wrote a cover letter with my application, i mentioned that we didnt go for honeymoon because we were arranging for our spousal application documentation (we didnt tell them specifically that on the 3rd day at 8am we were at the NADRA office for our CNIC update). Also i told them that we went to nearby places for outings, movie dates, family dinners etc. This is the same 1 page cover letter in which i mentioned our story, who introduced us, when the marriage was set, when my husband came from Canada for the weddng, when and where each wedding event take place, how we spent our time after marriage when my husband was in PK, when he went back and in the end i mentioned that we intend to visit each other while the application is in progress.

I did write everything on the back side of photos but didn't attach any cover letter to explain the whole story.Also, I did write how we met and why we are not living together in detail.

im asking because as i said i told them in the begning that i have celebrated my rukhsati.wich was not celebrated in 2012.
now my concern is if i have lied about it.will they accept my apology for not telling true thing ??
i want to be honest when i re-apply but im afraid that they say you have lied about it so..:/

You've got a complicated case. If you mess up now, you could be banned for 5 years. It's best to see a good lawyer at this point. If you don't, you're going to mess up like you did last time. A reputable lawyer will give you the best advice.

But with cic and ircc if you apologize to them you still did misrepresentation and the banned is still 5 years

This is up to the discretion of an individual visa officer and possibly an appeal or ADR board. Nothing is automatic because there is a person behind everything who decides how to use their authority. They can choose to be lenient or choose to implement the full punishment.

I was thinking the same thing but when people do this misrepresentation they make harder for honest couples

different matter here i got email now he said in e mail am not satisfied relation not genuine i send documents before 20 day today i receive email he give me 30 day to explain relationship is genuine and lots of other questions and also about age difference((( 8 year older))

Was yours nikah only case? and did you get an interview?
