Which is the official site where we can check our file for Quebec Express entry.plz help

Hi.according to my agent my file is under Express entry for Quebec.i also got QSC .I submitted my PCC on 4 may 2017 and 3 oct 2017 I got req for medical.nd today on 10 oct I went through my medical.but she says it will take more 5 months from now to get PR..plz anybody help..I'm not sure.how such a long period under express entry can be possible..plz guide me which is the official site to check my file online for this..

There is no such a thing as Quebec Express Entry. Quebec is the only province that is excluded from Express Entry.

Quesbec is not include in Express Entery Program .
