Greetings everyone! I am Jamaican applying for FWO. I just learnt that my application is now at the Port of Spain (Trinidad and Tobago) Visa Office. What happens at this stage? Thank you in advance :)

It means you entered IP2 stage, you will get PPR in 1-7 days time.

It could mean many things.
The file could be transferred for regular or additional checks.
Some applications spend months at the LVO for no apparent reason, whereas some applications do not move to LVO's at all!

I am approaching 6 months window in 2 weeks time and was recently advised by CIC Ottowa that my file is in LVO.
From my cic account, there has been no update since mid-July.
I sure didn't get PPR yet!

On the positive side, I try to tell myself that they have at least moved the application to somewhere and someone will eventually (god knows when!) look into it!

Keeping fingers crossed for 5 and half months isn't fun though!!

Hold it man! I can’t imagine how much frustration and patience that brings in.

I have another guy who is waiting since early August at IP2, lemme know if you need his contact, if that makes you feel any better.
