Hi,

I submitted my application for express entry but it says that I am not eligible. But initially when I check I was, and thats when I created a profile.
This is what it shows
Profile Status We regret to inform you that you are no longer eligible to be in the pool.
Minimum entry criteria You do not meet the minimum entry criteria.
Have I been invited to apply?
Province/territory of nomination Not applicable.
Nominating province/territory
Valid job offer Not applicable.

What am I supposed to do?

Do you have an ECA for your educational certificates? When did you take your IELTS exam? if its more than 2 years old then your IELTS results have expired.

Yea, I do have ECA. I got the report on August 2017. It says I have a Bachelor's degree and my Masters is considered as their 3year course. So in short 2 certificates. Ielts exam was on 9th Sept 2017

I think ECA states that your 2 certificates are equivalent to One course of 3 years. Try choosing an option of bachelors degree in your express entry profile not 2 or more degrees option.

In the profile there wasnt any option for 2 or more degress. So I submitted the profile only with 1 dregree. Next option was Masters. So I didnt choose that option. But while entering the course details I mentioned but my instution names and both the places too.

there would be an option for two or more post secondary certificates, u can chose that. but it may not be a problem for non eligibility
