Hello. I recently tried to submit my EE profile, and I found that I was not eligible for it.

But my agent told me that I have 67 points for skilled worker.

Education 22
Age 12
Experience 13
Language 20

But it seems that my agent miscalculated my score...

I have
- 1 Canadian college certificate (1 year course)
- 1 Bachelor's degree (4 years)

Is this really
'Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years' ??

Or is this just
'Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equal' ??

If second one is correct, my total points will be 66...

Thank you in advance!

Are you a CEC or FSW candidate? Your Bachelors is from Canada?

By Age -12, he was referring to the points score of age range 18-35 years.

You can improve your chances to be eligible by improving your language score to CLB level 9 or higher (Max 24 points).

My age is 30, so I'm supposed to get 12 points.

Yes I know, but I was wondering if my education score is 22 or 21.

On "Six selection factors (Federal Skilled Worker)" page:

"Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equalFootnote 2 (at least one must be for a program of at least three years)"
[Footnote 2] says,

If you do not have a Canadian degree or diploma (in some cases, a “certificate”),
you must get your foreign education verified and assessed to prove it is equal to a completed Canadian credential.

So my Certificate also counted?

But I also found this footnote on EE submit form:

If you have TWO Bachelor degrees, or one bachelor AND a two year college diploma,
choose" Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.

It says "a two year college diploma" so I just got confused.

Yes, I was also looking up on the same topic (as this is a tricky situation), and so as far as I understand it falls under 'A three year or longer post-secondary degree' which means 21 points.

Okay, I'll just take another English test...

And can I ask one more question?

Do I need to get Canadian credential of my high school as well?
(I've already got my university one...)
