Yes you can, just as long as:
1) the NOC Code is still a Skill Type/Level O, A or B,
2) if you received a provincial nomination, the NOC code matches that of the one on your nomination,
3) as long as your Language Test Results still meet requirements if you are applying under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) (see below):

The skills you need will depend on the group your job is classified in under the National Occupational Classification system (NOC).
