Kushal, One question. As per my understanding, visa provided for landing is only for one time entry. Once applicant get PR card, then only it becomes multiple entry. Till then applicant need to stay in Canada. Pls share more details if you have.

Yes until you dnt get PR card which takes about 3 mths from date you informed cic of yr address in canada better u stay in canada. Afterwards u can cross border anytime. But that said if u really need to leave canada and enter before getting PR card, cic can provide for that. Must check with passport office.

When we fill the form online, there is one section 'Sign the declaration', it says the page has to be printed and spouse has to sign that and then you have to scan and attach along with the form. My question is that - how it is going to be possible for someone to go through all that in short untold period of time, when the province only open its intake for couple of hours? Reply will be highly appreciated, thanks.

I applied my and wife application together but due to salary wages officer told me she will refuse the application so she told me to apply my application, so I apply my application and got nominated through NSNP program, now I want to know still can I add my wife application along with my pr application as she is not nominated for pnp and my wife is in India can I apply for her open work permit.

So As per your explanation still things are not much clear I am trying to ask you following question Please reply :
Q 1- First Application:
Principle Applicant- Your wife. ( she included you in her application as Accompanying Spouse).
Is that correct ?
Result- She get Refused

Q 2- Second Application:
Principle Applicant- You. Is that correct?
Result - you nominated

Q 3 Did you include your wife as accompanying spouse in second application

If your answer for Q.3 is NO , then I am not sure you can add your wife name in PR application, What I can suggest when you accept your nomination in Express Entry profile it will ask you to update information in your profile in that case you can edit her details mentioning that she is accompanying with you and then I think it should work.
It does not matter she get refused cause if you will add her name in your application she is dependent applicant and there is no criteria for dependent applicant unless you are claiming points.

Open work permit is different scenario. I wont comment anything on it as I really do not have any idea exactly what is your case. I am a bit confused from this question cause its two different things and hardly I got any connection as per the information you provided

I really do not understand your situation Can you please explain a bit more in detail and clear so that I can answer your query:
You and your wife applied in NSNP program individually? And you get nominated and she get refused?
In your NSNP application did you include your wife as accompanying spouse?
What do you mean OWP?

Question3 : I am the main applicant and my wife is in India .I applied for PNP program with c category job (non express entry). I applied with my wife and officer inform me that I am not meeting annual income to support my wife,so officer was refusing my application so I withdraw my wife from the application and applied my application . Now I am nominated through nova scotia PNP program . I am applying for PR application (paper base application) can I add my wife as a dependent on my PR application or not as she is not nominated as a dependent . hope It make clear to you now.

Hi All,

I have PNP nomination from Nova Scotia and have been approved PR, I am planning to finish my landing formalities end of this month for a week and then plan to return for winding down later.

Anyone who recently completed their landing formalities and immigration procedure can you please let me know if will they also accept Fixed Deposits and Bank statements totalling up to the amount required for POF which I produced during the application process or if there is specific form in which I need to declare as stated by CIC(such as DD or TC)?

I want to avoid unnecessary conversion of currency if possible as I am only planning to stay for a week.

Any advice in this regard is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
