What shall i do to increase my chances of getting a visa my i have a good job with a salary of 5000 CAD per month My childrens education is going on here

Please suggest what shall i include in my application to prove strong ties to my country of residence i dont have any property

Honestly, probably a very good chance of rejection for ties to home country and family ties to Canada.

1. When does your work contract expire?

2. How old are your children?

3. Has your family (including your children) traveled to the UK or Germany with you for holidays?

IMO, I think you could have a chance of getting approved if only you and your wife apply. Do not apply for your children.

You'll need to post the list of documents which you intend to submit

Dear Brayan

Needs your urgent help visa refused now probably i would like to apply with my wife only below are the reasons given and i want to check

how soon can i reapply

i appilied on 29 sep

confirmation email received same day

mailed abudhabi embassey about previous USA refusal on 01 OCT

visa refusal recived on 06 oct

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

immigration status in country of residence ( i dont understand why he has marked this section i have attached proper residence visa page )

Family ties in Canada and in country of residence ( in my new application i will apply only with my wife)

I am not satisfied that you have answered all questions truthfully, as required by subsection 16(1) of
the Act. Specifically, I am not satisfied that the following information is truthful:
Previous visa refusals. ( yes i made this mistake and informed Visa Office abudhabi immideately next day by mail i will correct this info and reapply)

Do they charged me with misrepresentation

they did not mark any thing in this section

(You are a member of an inadmissible class of persons described in the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act. As a result, you are inadmissible to Canada pursuant to the following Section(s):)

You and your family were refused pretty quickly. Not sure if it had anything to do with your previous US visa refusal. BTW what was the refusal reason for that visa?

mmigration status in country of residence ( i dont understand why he has marked this section i have attached proper residence visa page )
As you are not a permanent resident/citizen in the UAE, you must provide documents to prove your immigration status. When does your residence visa expire?

Family ties in Canada and in country of residence ( in my new application i will apply only with my wife)
With your entire family wanting to visit Canada, this refusal reason is not surprising because there would be no family members to return to in the UAE = Possibility of overstaying in Canada

This is a refusal reason to be most concerned about.

As per your purpose of visit, not sure why you believe there's an urgency/you must reapply asap. It would be best to order GCMS notes to understand why the visa officer has noted this point

Dear Brayana

Thanks for your help really appreciable

I am legal permanent resident in UAE ( in my new application i will attache more documents like my resident id card and work permit page which are expiring in 2019)

This time i am leaving my kids back home so there will be atleast family and job ties to my country of residence

I am sure they have not charged me with any thing which mark me inadmissible

My previous us visa refusal was normal it b2 visiting other brother in law and refused under section 214 B (unable to satisfy Visa officer that i have strong ties to my home country or country of residence )

How ever i have filled up application for me and wife again very correctly and attached as much as supporting docs i can

My last comcern is i need to prove strong purpose of visit i will be visitng my brother in law (wifes brother) have an invitation letter from him the main purpose of visit is that my wife is willing to meet her brothers as she has not met with him and his family since five years and my younger brother in law will aslo visit from usa if our visas are apporoved to him she had not met since last 10 years she is desperate to meet her brothers please suggest my how to write strong letter mentioning purpose of visit what points shall i include

Well i think it’s very common to get rejection with reason of “immigration status in your country of residence” when you are staying overseas on a work visa. I have seen a lot of people posting here regarding there refusals while having a very good job + salary in UAE. As far as I know immigrants in UAE can get/extend their work visas for years & years but can’t have a permanent resident status like other countries(Australia,UK,NZ, Canada etc). Plus if you have a close family member living in Canada then it also brings a thought of staying in Canada permanently on TRV since you have stronger reasons to stay in Canada rather than your country of residence. So I would really suggest to show strong ties with UAE which can prove that you are definitely coming back to UAE. Visiting/applying for Canada along with your whole family decreases your chances of returning to UAE.
That’s how they think.
Good Luck.

There is a high refusals of Canada TRV on Pakistani passport. The chances of getting approved these days on Pakistani passport are very low, if that wasn’t the case then the known and reputed news agency “The News” never published that article? So it’s mean there are strict policies for Pakistan and the applicants are scrutinise more precisely. Even if there’s a punction mistake in your visa application you will get refused.

Now, THAT is a serious exaggeration.

Matters are bad enough in the Pakistan visa application scene. I guess it has more to with applicants who either do not present their ties well or applicants' who are not genuine visitors (and who intend to claim asylum when they arrive at the POE..... visa officers are trained to spot these cases).

My personal request:
Please do not discourage or make other applicants on this forum to feel low, lost-hope-cases-before-they-even-apply or like they have zero chances in getting TRVs. Even if someone's application is weak, but if s/he is a genuine visitor, we try to help them by suggesting ways to prepare stronger applications.

I had mentioned to you that your own TRV application lacked quite a few documents + you had submitted outdated financial documents.... in a way, it's not surprising why you were refused. Sorry about that. So let's not shift the entire blame on the visa office for your personal situation.

When I first started advising people on this forum, I realized that people are looking for a few kind words of reassurance even if they know that they don't have a hope in hell. It makes them feel good even if it is for a fleeting second. Again, my request to you is please do not break someone's confidence. Thanks so much

Another point:
'The News' article does not quote any statistics to support its statements. Perhaps, the article was written based on the perceptions of the reporter. Maybe/maybe not. We don't know.

Even though the newspaper is a reputed one, this report would be more credible if it was supported by statistics..... or if IRCC issues similar reports/facts on Pakistani applications..... or if other newspapers had to pick up the same story, research their facts and if this story had appeared in more media/publications. That's not the case here
