I am from Vancouver British Columbia

My AOR 15 June
Med's passed 9 Aug
Background check Not applicable

6th October background check:
We are checking your availability if we need....


Called cic agent today confirmed my application was approved on 3rd October
They are behind in sending emails and updating the file..

Officer said will send email soon by the end of the day..


I would suggest call them if possible as for the status of your account

Below is the application status:

Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Bio metrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made


Can anyone guide me as which stage I am at and approximately how much time more it’s going to take?


Anyone who has dates close to my AOR can kindly share their experience?

My status is exactly like yours. Im Aug 30 AOR, medical passed Sep 12. We are at ip 1.
