11 months CEC experience- URGENT- Please help

For now:
1. We get her PCC done
2. We get her medicals done.

Apply on 15 Nov. Once we receive an AOR we wait for next 2 months (Until Jan ) to see whether she was rejected or accepted?

Rejected: What do you suggest we do? She exit the country and apply under FSW?

So then her work experience remains as 11 months and she will have to exit the country and apply under FSW from India?

If her application is rejected as incomplete and her BOWP application is cancelled, then any work experience after her original permit expired would be unauthorized, and she would not meet the minimum entry requirements for CEC (12 months of work). If she has eligible foreign work experience and meets the FSW criteria, she can apply for that now or from India or anywhere.

When will she have to exit? As soon as she receives AOR that says incomplete?
Not "AOR" - that is for receipt of the eAPR only. The application would be returned; she would have to quit working immediately, and leave as soon as possible, since she is already out of status.

Alternatively, she would have 90 days from the expiry of her original permit to apply for restoration and to change conditions to visitor. But of course, she would not be permitted to work then, so that may not be of any interest to her.

How exactly do you think she is going to get an ITA when she doesn't qualify? Is she planning to lie in her EE profile and say that she does have 1 year of experience?

She doesn't plan to lie but quite a few of the classmates suggested that you can apply after completing 11 months. Hence we are exploring our options.
