Eligible under old 4/6 rule...Should I wait after 10/11 rule change?

Hi All,

I am already eligible for citizenship under 4/6 rule with all my docs ready and was about to mail them yesterday when I learned about 10/11 rule change. Now I am confused what should I do, wait till 10/11 and submit with new application forms or send my application as is today? Please advice!
