Express entry- Primary occupation

hi guys,
I have been working as a secondary school science teacher since 2012, after completing my BSc. then I completed my MSc in 2014 (Part time) and started to work under my supervisor as a molecular biologist in a part time basis(20 hours per week).

My questions are,
1. Can i mention molecular biologist as the primary occupation (because I am interested to find a job on this in Canada)?
2. Is it wise to mention secondary school teacher as the primary occupation since it has more work experience?
3. Can I find job for molecular biologist even though I have mentioned secondary school teacher as my primary occupation? (Because Molecular biologist can be included in the work history along with secondary school teacher)

your primary occupation in your application has nothing to do with the job you'll get after you move. It's just for application purposes.

i'm not sure why that would be an issue. as far as i know it's okay as long as it's in NOC 0 A or B. Not sure if there's any restrictions for public sectors job (or why they would be)
