As per communications from CIC, I was sent the the RFV emails to my outlook.com account on September 13, 22 and 29. I did not receive the emails on all 3 occasions either to the main inbox or to the junk folder. I requested CIC to resend the RFV email to a hotmail.com account and I have not got that either. Are you folks aware of any issues such as this? What is the work around for this issue? Any quick resolution?
