I am very close to your AOR - I am PNP 20 April AOR. As per my notes my Criminality and Medical was passed as on 30 August, 2017. I called the CAll Centre last week and they told me that my file had been transferred to London Visa Office on the 14th of Sept, 2017. I asked her of eligibility had been passed and she said she cant see anything as my file has been transferred and as on 14 th September it was not passed. I am currently on NA2 since Aug 21 and no change since then. I will complete 6 months on October 20th, 2017 so I don't know what is going on.
I only know that London VO is the slowest and their processing for PNPS is at a snails pace......

While they send your file to local visa office, a final calculation is done on eligibility. There a final comment is written it to be as "met" then the agent first updates met and then resets and updates not started. No wonder when you called after your file was transferred. The agent only saw the latest update and told you that eligibility is "not passed". Eligibility passed and met are two different things. Met is recommendation and passed is the final decision taken at local office. So don't worry as 99% it's met otherwise a refusal would already have been issued. Do not worry at all. I

As you have your gcms and expect a enquiry. Let me tell you how to find this if it's really gonna happen or not. Look at each page top right header side. If you find and number (clause) mentioned then try to deduce that if some information on that page is Missing or left blank. The gcms or aitp law has clauses where valuable information about investigation is hidden using these clauses. So they don't want you to know beforehand if there is a review or investigation recommend on something. They hide this but have to mention the clause ... Mostly 15.1 or 16.1.a . You can find out what your indicated clause means (what they hide) by referring to information act.
I assumed that you might not know about this and think that there might be an investigation so I posted. Don't be scared of these numbers ... Just be vigilant and try to understand your gcms better.

There is s.16(1)(c) written on page no.126 n 158

Clause 16.1.c is written below.
Law enforcement and investigations Enquêtes
16 (1) The head of a government institution may refuse To disclose any record requested under this Act that contains plans for specific lawful investigations;
(c) information the disclosure of which could reason-
ably be expected to be injurious to the enforcement of
any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of law-
ful investigations, including, without restricting the
generality of the foregoing, any such information
(i) relating to the existence or nature of a particular
investigation,
(ii) that would reveal the identity of a confidential
source of information, or
(iii) that was obtained or prepared in the course of
an investigation; or

So basically it protects sharing of information about an investigation by an officer which is ongoing or planned and is permitted by law.

The pages you mentioned will have missing information and that is what the investigation is about.

As you earlier were saying... Probably about the job credentials. This could be related to paper scrutiny, actually calling the employer if it is found to be about the job you said about.

Contact the employer and tell that a call or email might come for reference check. The most important things for employer to remember are, period of job, job duties, full time or part time and salary amount.

Medical cleared: 18th April
IPS 2 since early June
Applied for GCMS notes on the 2 nd of August: received 13th of September: I went for the officer notes rather than the full, thinking it will be quicker. I applied for full second set yesterday.
I have spoken to CIC 3 times. First time she said in process looking at security checks. Second time advised eligibility and criminality clear and security checks in process. Third time advised eligibility and security in process.
Really worried and getting depressed !!

Actually third

So the thing you shown was earlier ... Hidden from gcms using the clause ... An then later after investigation is done ... In the latest set you have the whole investigation and it's results visible... You can find this by comparing the old and new set at same location. You will find this step or part or heading missing in the old set and clause 16.1.c written on one full page or at top right corner.
